Girl Scout Thin Mint S'mores Recipe

Girl Scout Thin Mint S'mores Recipe

I found a new kind of S’more over the weekend. I had some Girl Scout Thin Mints around still and realized they were chocolate plus more flavor! I substituted one thin mint in place of the graham cracker and it was good! It’s another ingredient to carry if you’re going camping but for a night by the fire pit it hit the spot. Surprisingly the smaller mint cookie didn’t get a lot of roasted marshmallow on my hand, but I didn’t smash it as hard as I would have it there were 2 graham crackers.

I still like my other S’mores recipe for camping. I’m all for combining ingredients if possible. What’s your favorite S’mores recipe? Leave a comment and share. Thanks!

Yum, sounds good. I actually still have some thin mint cookies left, may have to give it a try.

Awesome! Let me know what you think of it Jenn. The only reason we have any around still is I hid them up high. From myself 🙂

What a great idea. Thin mints are a weakness of mine and we are definitely going to try this next time we do smores.

Oh Yum. Now if you could find a way to remove the calories!

I believe that roasting the marshmallows removes any calories. Right?

I tried a Minty S’more made with a chocolate mint marshmallow. The marshmallow burst into flames every time I put it near the campfire. Seems that the mint flavoring in the marshmallow is a little bit flammable–good to know. Next time, I will try some of these. I love those cookies anyway! Looks yummy!!

I found some chocolate with butterfinger in it. I’m going to try those tonight. I saw the flavored marshmallows when I was out good think I passed. Doesn’t sound like they’re good for roasting.
