Wii Hooked: Fishing on the Nintendo Wii

by Justin on June 19, 2009

I rented Wii Hooked! Real Motion Fishing for the Nintendo Wii game system from Game Fly. Wii Hooked is fun to play. It is kind of real in the fact that every cast out did not land me a fish (or maybe it is my technique?). First you are taken through a short casting tutorial and then I chose to do some quick fishing rather than go into tourney mode. This game is also Wifi compatible. I have not tried that yet I will try it and add a comment when I try it. I did not want to try it yet until I was a little better at it 🙂 Here is a link for more information about the game over ar Amazon: Wii Hooked! Real Motion Fishing w/controller

I started this post a while back. Fun game, don’t know about buying but definitely worth a rent.

My favorite outdoor game is still Cabella’s Big Game Hunter on the Wii. Don’t have it rented it but if I were to buy a hunting game that would be it.

Didn’t sega release a fishing game for the wii last year? I’m not sure if that also had a fishing rod controller.

Yep I think they did. I’ll have to find that one and try it. My favorite outdoor game is probably Big Game Hunter.
