So many times I've had friends who were having problems, and just by looking at the way the arrow sat on the rest or whatever you could tell the bow was out of alignment. I've noticed my arrows loop and sometimes tail left and right - it hasn't seemed to effect accuracy, but I can't wait to go home and try out the moving of the rest to see if I can correct it that way!
