Camp Cookery: Starting a campfire

I just finished reading this post about campfire building and I am definitely going to order the book Camp Cookery by Horace Kephart! I am the same type where I throw more wood on! Just a little more is all it needs to get going! I knew there had to be a better way than what I was doing and it does not involve gas or lighter fluid.

    This book was helpful and is a good read. It’s pretty old though so alot of stuff it talks about you can’t get anymore.
