		<description>I knew that was a problem in some areas.  We, fortunately, have not had any trouble with it yet.  I do, however, check our permanent stands every year just to make sure no one has messed with them.  I have heard of people cutting out stands, but leaving them barely hanging on so that when hunters climb in, they fall.  It is sad, really, and I wish law enforcement would take such tactics more seriously!</description>
